Accessibility

We have worked diligently to make the Marshall Family Medicine website universally accessible. Some tips listed below can help make your browsing experience more accessible:

Commercially available speech recognition software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking are keyboard and mouse alternatives which may help you navigate web pages and online services. This software allows the user to move focus around a web page or application screen through voice controls. Using modern computer operating systems and smartphones with the most current software updates may improve accessibility. It’s recommended to check compatibility with any assistive technology being used before upgrading your device(s).

Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing Patients - Closed Captioning and Volume Controls

Closed captioning provides a transcript for the audio sound of a video presentation. Captions are generally visually displayed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf and hard of hearing and anyone who cannot hear the audio due to noisy environments.

Adjust the volume controls on your mobile device, computer or tablet, and also on your media player, to optimize your listening experience.
