Accepted Insurance Plans
We accept health plans from most of the major insurance providers - some examples of which are listed below. Unfortunately, we can not confirm that every type of plan offered by individual insurance providers will be in-network for coverage in our office. Please call the number on your insurance card to confirm in-network versus out-of-network benefits and coverages. Don’t see your plan on our coverage list? Call Marshall Family Medicine today and we will do our best to accommodate your situation or provide coverage answers.
*We do not participate with Virginia Medicaid nor Dual-eligibility (Medicare/Medicaid) plans.

*As of 1 November, 2025, we are out-of-network with all Humana plans. For Humana and other plans, please consult your insurance provider directly to explore any out-of-network benefits. Please note, if Marshall Family Medicine is not an in-network provider for your plan, you must be billed as a self-pay patient and thus responsible for all charges rendered for care on your behalf - due at the time of service.
